Nonrefundable Deposit and Reservation Policy

Cancellation Policy
- We have a 1 week cancellation policy.
- In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid being charged the balance of your stay.
- Canceled reservations will receive an official cancellation email.
- All cancellations will be given a cancellation number. Your reservation is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation number.
- Holiday weekends, special events, or group bookings are subject to a 1 month cancellation policy.
Pet Policy
- Dogs are WELCOME at Sierra Sky Lodge! We ask that you please DO NOT leave them unattended in your room, please DO NOT allow them on the furniture and please clean up after your fur friend.
- We charge a $25 fee per pet, per night (maximum fee of $100) regardless of the dog's size. Certified Service Dogs are exempt from the pet fee (please provide certification at time of check in).
- A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for accidents in our rooms.
- A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for dog hair found in the beds. We love having families be able to vacation with their pets, but no one likes to sleep with someone else's dog. Dog hair is extremely hard to get out of sheets and blankets!
Room Policies
- All accommodations are Non-Smoking and NON-420 There will be a Minimum $250 Cleaning Charge added to your credit card if your cabin smells like smoke or cannibas.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A $15 late check-out charge will be added to your credit card for every 30 minutes past check-out time. Late check-out is available on request, please ask s, we are happy to accommodate as best we can.
- Daily maid service is provided for all cabins between 10 AM and 12 PM. If you do not want to be disturbed, please let us know.
Breakfast
- Our home cooked breakfast is served from 8am - 10am in our breakfast room.
- We offer the following:
- main dish (ie. quiche, breakfast casseroles, french toast bake)
- homemade sweet bread
- homemade bread for toasting, organic strawberry jam and butter
- ol'fashion oatmeal with fixins'
- fresh seasonal fruit
- cold cereal
- yogurt
- freshly ground organic coffee, an assortment of teas and juices, whole milk and almond milk.
- If you have a special dietary need or restriction, please let us know at check in.
- And, if you cannot attend breakfast, please tell us. We hate having to throw away our homemade treats.
Pool Policies
- Our Pool is open between 9 AM and 10 PM.
- Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Please help us to preserve our room towels!
- No glass is allowed in the pool area.
- Please clean up your own trash...especially food.
